I ordered one order of makeup in September2009 to try it. I told the person who answered the phone that I had light brown hair and blue eyes. I was sent makeup – tried it , did not like it. It seemed awfully dark- I check the colour chart included and the photo beside the colour they sent me was of a Chinese person- black hair, dark skin and brown eyes. I called to cancel the order. I got sent another order in October. I called again to cancel. She told me just not to pick the order up from the post office and no more would be sent. I did not pick up the November order- the post office sent it back. I got another order in December sent directly to my mailbox instead. I called to cancel AGAIN and was told I had to send everything back so I did. Total I spent 157.92 for one sample of makeup of the wrong colour! I have received a refund of 39.98. Now I am told that I didn’t send it back soon enough. Terrible customer service! Manipulative and dishonest.

I recommend any woman invest in these make-up brushes, just for the f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c case they come in. I have carried these brushes all over the world in my suitcase and the snap closed case they come in is perfect for storing them. As for the brushes themselves, they are soft, well made, and apply my make-up perfectly. This is a great purchase for women who take great care in their cosmetic application.

These brush are very nice but one of the brush is loosing some hair already, i’m dispointed about that but the rest are Great. I use it everyday and the leather case is very beautiful and of great quality.
